Dr. Hubertine Underberg-Ruder

Dr. Hubertine Underberg-Ruder has been Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Underberg AG at its headquarters in Dietlikon, Switzerland, since 1991. She sits on various management committees of Underberg Group subsidiaries.

She is also Deputy Chairwoman of the Shareholders' Council of NIM (formerly GfK e.V.), a member of the General Assembly and the Foreign Trade Committee of the Lower Rhine Chamber of Industry and Commerce, a member of the Executive Committee of the German University Foundation and on the Advisory Board of the Department of Economics at the University of Zurich. She is also involved in environmental projects such as the Foundation for the International Conservation of Plant Diversity and FUST-Tirol.

She is married to Dr. Franz Ruder and the mother of four grown-up children.
