We are hiring
We are now looking for interns and/or working students (m/f/d) to accompany us until the MMK event in March! What can you expect? An exciting mix of event logistics, communication and support for one of Germany's leading management conferences.
Your tasks:
- Support with conference organization
- Participation in video production and social media content
- Editorial activities with a focus on excellent writing
- Flexible way of working - hybrid: in the office in Schwabing, and in TUM or remotely
Your profile:
- First experience in video editing, graphics editing and social media
- Enthusiasm for organizing and planning events
- Strong communication skills and team spirit

Your journey as a volunteer
From your applicationto your assignment at MMK26: Once you have been accepted by the MMK team, you will receive your own volunteer profile on the website (similar to a speaker profile). At the volunteer briefingon 9 March 2026 at 1 p.m. at TUM, you will meet your team, receive instructions on your tasks and get your official volunteer shirt. On 10 and 11 March 2026, you will support the event in various areas – whether on stage, in workshops, with accreditation, at the MMK Award, in the social media team or in the production office. At the end, everyone will help with dismantling for about two hours and receive their MMK Volunteer Pass over an after-work drink. Finally, after the event, you will find photos of yourself in your volunteer profile.

The volunteer activity is unpaid. In return, you will receive exclusive insights, an MMK Volunteer Pass for your application documents, an official profile and valuable networking opportunities for your career
