Albrecht Reimoldborn on May 24, 1961 in Öhringenis an experienced automotive manager with a focus on Production and logistics. His career includes leading positions at renowned automotive manufacturers, where he has made a decisive contribution to the development of innovative manufacturing strategies.
After a Training as a toolmaker (1977-1980), Reimold completed a degree in Production engineering at Heilbronn University of Applied Scienceswhich he published in 1987 as Graduate engineer graduated. He then began his career at the Audi AG in Neckarsulm, initially in the trainee program and later in various technical and managerial positions.
In 1990, Reimold acquired the qualification as Welding engineer and initially took on the role of assistant plant manager at Audi before taking over the Head of the body shop for the Audi A8 took over. This was followed in 1998 by the Head of the production segment for the Audi A2and in 2002 he supported the production start-up of the Lamborghini Gallardo in Sant'Agata Bolognese.
From 2003, Reimold was responsible for the Production planning for the C and D series and the Audi R8before he was appointed Plant manager of the Audi site in Neckarsulm was appointed. In 2012, he moved to Chairman of the Board of Management and Chief Technical Officer at Volkswagen Slovakia in Bratislavawhere he worked until 2016.
Since Since February 2016, Albrecht Reimold has been a member of the Executive Board for Production and Logistics at Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG in Stuttgart. In this role, he manages the production strategy and further development of manufacturing processes for one of the world's most renowned car brands.
