Prior to joining TRANSEARCH International, Sandra Haindl was a Partner at an executive search boutique. Earlier in her career, she gained extensive experience as an Associate Consultant at Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds. She discovered her passion for recruiting top-tier talent during her time as Recruiting Manager at Bain & Company.
