Nick Studer

Nick Studer is the CEO of Oliver Wyman, and Vice Chair of Marsh McLennan.

Nick has supported chief executives and senior business leaders on topics spanning governance, strategy, sustainability, risk management, public policy & regulatory response.

Nick has worked extensively on industry and public policy initiatives, supporting the World Economic Forum, FSB, IIF, TheCityUK, the FICC Markets Standards Board, the UK’s Voluntary Carbon Markets Steering Committee and the Sustainable Markets Initiative. He leads Marsh McLennan’s firm-wide initiatives on climate and sustainability.

Nick is a keen advocate of inclusion and a sponsor of diversity – he leads the firm’s inclusion and belonging strategy, is executive sponsor of Oliver Wyman’s racial and ethnic diversity group and has been named a Top 20 advocate by INvolve/EMpower.
