Elisabetta Castiglioni is CEO of A1 Digital International GmbH. She joined A1 Group in June 2016 to build up the b2b digital business and expand internationally. From 2013 to May 2016 she was a Member of A1 Group Supervisory Board and a Member of the Audit Committee.

Since August 2017, Elisabetta has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of A1 Telekom Austria AG.

Further she is serving as Board Member of Tietoevry Oyj since March 2023.

Elisabetta brings in many years of leadership experience from various international Senior Management Positions in the technology, media and telco industries. Before Telekom Austria & A1 Digital, Elisabetta was CEO Global Media Business of Siemens IT Solution & Services in London, where she grew a diversified global business, serving top tier media and entertainment clients worldwide. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President Europe for Siemens Cordless Business Unit. At MCI – now Verizon Business – she was EMEA Director of Product Marketing, launching cutting-edge Data Communications solutions for the corporate market. She also oversaw the rollout of MCI’s network expansion in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Elisabetta started her career at Siemens AG in Munich in Siemens Management Consulting.

Elisabetta holds a PhD in Business Administration (summa cum laude) from Munich Technical University and an MBA from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.
