Frau Catharina van Delden, Founder & CEO der innosabi GmbH München, sprach zum Thema „Connecting sparks of genius … or how my family almost invented the TV“.
Frau Catharina van Delden is the founder and CEO of innosabi GmbH. She studied business and food production and also holds an MBA from TU Munich and UC Berkeley. Before founding the innsoabi GmbH, she worked for OSRAM’s marketing division in Munich and in the Indian office in Delhi. As a regular key note speaker and author of various publications, she shares her experiences and knowledge resulting from the daily work on digitalization: in particular the organizational change in digital times and the implications of industry 4.0 for the society and the economy. Catharina is multiple INFOCOM Future Leadership Award laureate for the topics “innovation in a downturn” and “innovation driving service excellence” and author of the book “Crowdsourced Innovation”. Furthermore she represents the ICT industry’s interests with her continuous engagement in the BITKOM committee. Since April 2017 she is part of the advisory board (south) of Deutsche Bank AG. In 2014 the German Society for Computer Science honored Catharina as one of the central pioneers in Germany’s development towards digitalization. The journal Computerwoche called Catharina “one of the 50 most influential women in the German IT sector”.

Major corporations are using our platform to specifically open their internal processes and to sustainably utilize external potential for the development of new products, services and business models. Therefore they are implementing agile practices in their innovation management. Among many others innosabis customers are Bayer, Allianz, Daimler, Siemens and Airport Munich. innosabi was founded in 2010 and has grown to 45 employees by 2018.
