Ute Wolf

Ute Wolf is a seasoned finance professional and leader with extensive experience in industry and finance. She was CFO at Evonik Industries for over ten years (2013-2023) and previously Finance Director at Evonik (2006-2013). She is currently active on several supervisory boards, including AkzoNobel, Infineon Technologies, DWS Group and MTU Aero Engines, and audit committee chairwoman at DWS, AKZO and MTU. She is also a member of the APAS Advisory Board at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection.

Her expertise includes financial strategy, risk management and corporate governance - with a strong focus on transformation and sustainable corporate development.
