Thomas Döbler

Thomas M. Döbler, Partner at Deloittespoke in his presentation "Value-oriented complexity management as a lever for resource efficiency" about the realization of growth potential through a targeted reduction of complexity in primary and support activities of companies.

Mr. Döbler has been successfully advising leading international industrial companies for almost 20 years. After studying mechanical engineering at the University of the German Armed Forces and training as an officer, he successfully completed several positions at various consulting firms, including Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and Dr. Höfer & Partner.

Mr. Döbler has been the partner responsible for the "Supply Chain/Operations" division since 2002. He has been responsible for the market presence of the Deloitte Group in Germany for the manufacturing industries (automotive, chemicals, mechanical engineering) since 2011.

His consulting experience focuses on supply chain, design/optimization, business/operating model design, global expansion, manufacturing and logistics networks as well as sustainable complexity management.
