Thomas Böck has been Chairman of the Management Board of Festo SE & Co. KG, a leading family-owned company in the field of industrial automation technology based in Esslingen am Neckar, Germany. He was previously CEO and CTO of the CLAAS Group, a global manufacturer of agricultural machinery. During his time at CLAAS, he led the company's global growth strategy and was responsible for the digital transformation in all areas of the company, from development to sales. With his extensive experience in high-tech environments, he brings valuable expertise to Festo's management.
In addition to his role at Festo, Thomas Böck is a member of various supervisory boards and advisory bodies, including the Advisory Board of Accenture in Germany since 2017.
Festo itself has established itself internationally in the field of automation and technical training and achieved a turnover of 3.65 billion euros in 2023.
