Susanne Knoche

Susanne Knoche is Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Member of the Executive Board at Ravensburger AG, a globally active, family-owned group of companies headquartered in Ravensburg, Germany, best known internationally for games, puzzles, toys, and children’s books. The company was founded in 1883.

In her current role Susanne is leading the company’s global sales organization and drives international growth across markets and channels overseeing more than €700 million in sales and collaborating with an international team of over 500 employees.

Her executive focus includes implementing international growth strategies, establishing and scaling new markets and subsidiaries, expanding Direct-to-Consumer sales channels, and driving digital transformation initiatives. She has also led post-merger integrations following acquisitions and introduced performance management and sales excellence programs across regions.

In parallel to her executive responsibilities, Susanne Knoche serves as a member of supervisory and advisory boards within the industry, including roles at DVSI (German Toy Industry Association) and Spielwarenmesse eG.

She holds a university degree and brings more than two decades of international leadership experience in sales and general management across multiple markets and geographies.
