Stefan Padberg

Stefan Padberg is a Silicon Valley-based thought leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and transformation in the energy industry. Starting his career with RWE Group in 1998, he has held leadership roles within Europe's largest integrated energy companies, spearheading global change strategies and delivering impactful results in technology, cost optimization, and workforce transformation.

In 2015, Stefan moved to Silicon Valley as Managing Director of what is now E.ON Innovation Co-Investments Inc., where he successfully connected E.ON's vision with the region's dynamic innovation ecosystem. His expertise lies in creating market-ready solutions through agile, scalable processes and effectively communicating bold strategies to global stakeholders.

As of March 2025, Stefan serves as Senior Vice President Innovation for E.ON Group. In this role, he continues to lead transformative initiatives that shape the future of energy through innovation and strategic growth.
