Stefan Lutz

Mr. Stefan Lutz, Managing Director IBM Deutschland GmbH, General Manager Global Business Services DACH, spoke on the topic "Aging workforce, reskilling management, access to skilled workers - how we are mastering the challenges of the war of talent with new technologies".

Mr. Stefan Lutz has been Managing Director of IBM Deutschland GmbH since March 2017 and in this role is responsible for the consulting division IBM Global Business Services (GBS). He also manages the consulting business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region). Previously, he was responsible for the consulting business with the Industrial Sector in Europe as General Manager. In this role, Stefan Lutz drove forward the consulting, IT and business process services business in the automotive, electronics, aerospace & defense, chemicals & petroleum sectors. With 20 years of experience in the consulting segment, including at IBM and in management consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he has managed a large number of national and international client projects and held various management positions.

Based in Munich, Stefan Lutz holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Würzburg.
