Christopher Schönberger was born in 1948 and studied business administration at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, specializing in tax and industrial management. In 1979, he became a founding partner of the law firm Peters, Schönberger & Partner. In addition to numerous publications, he is a member of the Audit Commission at the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna.

Stefan Groß was born in 1969. After studying business administration at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, specializing in business taxation and auditing and trusteeship, he has been a partner at Peters, Schönberger & Partner since 1998. He is also head of the Tax and Legal Competence Center of the German Association of Organization and Information Systems.
