Sabine Bendiek

Sabine Bendiek is Chief People & Operating Officer, Labor Director and member of the Executive Board of SAP SE.

The People & Operations Board division combines HR expertise with the mandate for operational business across all Board divisions.

In her role, Sabine Bendiek and her team are driving SAP's transformation to the cloud and bringing together the fundamental drivers of a successful transformation: people, processes and systems. With this foundation, innovation is made possible for SAP and also for our customers.

Bendiek has more than 20 years of experience as an executive in the technology industry. Prior to joining SAP, she was CEO of Microsoft Germany. Prior to that, she was Managing Director and Vice President of EMC in Germany and Small and Medium Business at Dell in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Earlier in her career, she worked for McKinsey, Booz Allen and Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems.

Bendiek holds a Master's degree in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge. She also studied business administration at the Mannheim University of Cooperative Education, graduating with a degree in business administration.
