Ralf Mock has been Managing Director of NACCO Materials Handling Group for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region since the beginning of 2006. With its HYSTER and Yale brands, NACCO Materials Handling is the market leader for industrial trucks in the USA and number 3 worldwide. NACCO is one of two full-liners in international competition. The product range includes counterbalanced trucks from 1.2 to 52 tons load capacity, industrial trucks for container handling and port handling as well as a complete range of warehouse technology products. In addition to the dominant forklift truck division, NACCO also has activities in the lignite mining and trading sector as well as the manufacture and trading of small electrical appliances in the USA. In 2007, the company achieved a turnover of 3.6 billion US$ and employed 10,600 people.
Ralf Mock began his professional career at Linde AG. From 1981 to 2002, he held numerous positions in finance and accounting, organization, M&A, sales and marketing in the Industrial Trucks, Technical Gases and Refrigeration divisions as well as at the company's headquarters. Before Ralf Mock took over the management of NACCO Materials Handling in EMEA, he was a member of the Management Board of Villeroy & Boch AG, where he was responsible for the Tableware Division.
