In his contribution to the 17th Munich Management Colloquium, Prof. Thomas Bauer will discuss the decentralized, network-like structure of his company. The relatively small individual markets in the company's specialist sector are subject to considerable fluctuations in the individual countries in which the company is represented. It is only through the supra-regional cooperation strategies that the company pursues that it is possible to level out these fluctuations in the company as a whole. The resulting expertise is of particular benefit to the company in times of crisis.
