Prof. Dr. Max Schlereth

Prof. Dr. Max Schlereth is a Munich-based entrepreneur, managing majority shareholder of the Derag Group and an expert in the long-stay segment. The Derag Group comprises real estate development, management and the Living Hotels with 18 hotels in nine cities. In 2023, he founded the St.Ribs Group with Moritz Haake.

Since April 2024, Schlereth has also owned the local stations münchen.tv and tv.ingolstadt to keep local television in Munich's hands. He focuses on authentic reporting and the strength of regional media in the age of social media. As a university lecturer, he also develops digital business models relating to housing and living.
