Prof. Dr. Diane Robers

Prof. Dr. Diane Robersborn in Stuttgart in 1968, has been Professor of Service Innovation and Corporate Entrepreneurship at EBS University of Business and Law in Wiesbaden/Oestrich-Winkel since 2011. From 2016 to 2021, she served as Co-Director of the Strascheg Institute for Innovation, Transformation and Entrepreneurship (SITE). In September 2021, she took over the management of the Akademie für Politik und Zeitgeschehen, the think tank of the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Munich. Since October 2024, she has headed the Europa-Institut at EBS together with Günther H. Oettinger.

After studying business administration at the University of Mannheim, he completed his doctorate at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich. Prof. Dr. Robers has held positions of responsibility in marketing, business development and innovation management (including in the automotive industry, auditing & consulting and the public sector). She is currently working on new approaches to reducing bureaucracy and adjusting Europe's competitiveness at the interface between business, politics and science.

In addition to her work, she was and is involved in various advisory boards and boards of trustees, including the expert group of the Federal Government's Innovation Dialogue (until 2021), the BDI's Research, Innovation and Technology Committee, the advisory board of the BDU's Corporate Restructuring Association and the Bavarian State Board of Trustees of the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft.
