Prof. Dr. David Wuttke

Prof. Dr. David Wuttke is Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management at the TUM School of Management, Heilbronn Campus.

His research focuses on supply chain finance: he examines how companies and their suppliers use financing solutions along the supply chain, what drives their adoption, and how the benefits are shared among the parties involved. His doctoral research, completed in 2013 at EBS University of Business and Law, already focused on this topic; he subsequently completed his habilitation there in 2019.

He also studies the digital transformation of supply chains and the adoption of new technologies in companies. He has been researching and teaching at the Technical University of Munich since January 2020 and has held the position of Associate Professor since July 2025. His teaching includes Operations and Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain Risk Management, and Game Theory.
