Norbert Gruber

Mr. Norbert Gruber, Chairman of the Management Board of Uhlmann Pac-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG spoke on the topic of "Corporate management in global growth markets".

In 1948, company founder Josef Uhlmann began producing precision molds for suppositories, laying the foundation for the company's development into a leading global manufacturer of pharmaceutical packaging machines. Today, the Uhlmann Group has around 1,600 employees worldwide, who are responsible for a turnover of over EUR 269 million. With locations and representatives in over 40 countries worldwide and an export quota of more than 80%, Uhlmann Pac-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG already has a strong international focus and a wealth of experience in global market development.

Mr. Norbert Gruber studied business administration in Stuttgart. After graduating, he worked for many years in the automotive supply industry, where he held various management and executive positions. His focus was on supply chain management, globalization, leadership, finance and controlling, as well as strategic corporate planning. Since 2011, Norbert Gruber has been Chairman of the Management Board of Uhlmann Pac-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG.
