Max Meister

Max Meister, a graduate engineer in mechanical engineering, completed his studies at the Technical University of Munich before taking over the management of the family business Ludwig Meister GmbH & Co. KG in the third generation.

Under her leadership, the long-established company is being systematically aligned with the requirements of digitalization in industry and retail. Visible proof of this successful transformation course was provided by the presentation of the Supply Chain Award in 2024.

Following his personal philosophy "It's all about sharing!", Max launched the B2B podcast in 2018 "Max and the supply chain heroes". With exciting interviews and practical insights from experts in the field of supply chain management, the format quickly became a fixture in the industry. At the same time, he passed on his knowledge for several years as a lecturer for Digital Commerce B2B at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.

Max Meister has also been Co-CEO of LiMax Alpha since January 2023. The company makes targeted investments in German start-ups with a focus on green technologies and a more sustainable and environmentally friendly supply chain.
