In his presentation, Martin Scholich will address the topic of "Value enhancement and regulation".

Mr. Martin Scholichborn in 1965, is a partner and member of the Management Board of PricewaterhouseCoopers AG in Frankfurt. He studied business administration at the University of Cologne and obtained his Master of Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University, USA. Martin Scholich has worked in corporate finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1991, has headed the Advisory division in Germany since 2004 and is a member of the European Advisory Management Team. He is a certified public accountant and tax advisor and has expertise in the areas of advising on transactions, valuing companies, supporting IPOs and introducing value-based management systems and shareholder value management. He has published numerous articles on these topics. In addition, Mr. Scholich is a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (IDW) and of the IDW Expert Committee for Business Valuation and Business Administration.
