Martin Jauss

Martin Jauss has been Senior Vice President of the Würth Group since 2023.

From 2019 to 2022, he was Managing Director of Würth Industrie Service GmbH & Co. KG from 2019 to 2022, and has been Spokesman of the Management Board since 2021. He has also been responsible for the development of Würth Aerospace Solutions GmbH as Managing Director since 2020.

Mr. Jauss has worked for the Würth Group since 1996 and completed his part-time degree in business administration (BA) from 1996 to 1999 at Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG. After completing his studies, he began his career as an assistant to the divisional management and as a divisional controller at Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG. From 2004 to 2008, Martin Jauss held various positions within the Würth Group, including supporting a restructuring process at Würth Netherlands, assisting Wurth Espana S.A. in the areas of marketing and product management, building up and managing the Metal Division at Würth México S.A. de C.V. and working as a Senior Analyst in the Wood North America Division.

In 2008, he moved to Würth Industrie Service GmbH & Co. KG, where he has since held various positions and built up new business areas.
