Markus Blume, Member of the Bundestag

Markus Blume has been Minister of State for Science and the Arts since February 2022. He was previously Secretary General of the CSU from 2018 to 2022. Blume has been a member of the Bavarian State Parliament since 2008. He represents the Munich Ramersdorf constituency as a directly elected member of the state parliament. The father of two lives in Munich. Before his career as a politician, Blume was the founder and CEO of a medium-sized company.
