Maren Gräf

Maren Gräf is a fully qualified lawyer and has been responsible for Human Resources on the Board of Management of ŠKODA AUTO a.s. since March 1, 2021.

She studied law at the Georg-August University in Göttingen from 1992 to 1996 and passed her second state examination at the Ministry of Justice in Hanover in 1999.

She has worked for the Volkswagen Group since 1999. She started at Volkswagen Immobilien in the legal department and was later assistant to the CEO. From 2002 to 2005, she worked in Human Resources at Volkswagen AG in Wolfsburg before returning to Volkswagen Immobilien. There, as an authorized signatory, she was responsible for human resources management, legal affairs, communications and marketing as well as business development. From 2012 to 2015, Ms. Gräf was Head of Management Development in Human Resources at FAW-Volkswagen in Changchun, China. In 2015, she took over as Head of Management Development in the areas of Production and Logistics, Component Production and Electromobility in Wolfsburg. Prior to her appointment as Chief Human Resources Officer, Maren Gräf was Head of Group Human Resources Top Management at Volkswagen AG.

Maren Gräf is a member of the Supervisory Board of Wolfsburg AG.
