Dr. Karin Jenuwein

Dr. Karin Jenuwein joined the MAPAL Group in September 2022 as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), assuming overall responsibility for human resources. As a member of the Executive Board, she is responsible for all HR issues within the Mapal Group, including recruiting, training, academy and employer brand.

With a doctorate in business administration, she graduated from the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich in 2001 as the best graduate of her year in information, communication and management. She completed her doctorate at the University of Regensburg in 2004 with distinction. Between 2004 and 2022, she worked as an HR officer and later as Head of Global HR at MAN Truck & Bus Group. As a member of the Supervisory Board, Advisory Board, Board of Trustees and Executive Board, she was involved in various advisory boards and committees.
