Jumana Al-Sibai

Jumana Al-Sibai is a member of the MAHLE Group Management Board and, as Chairwoman of the Management Board, heads the MAHLE Behr Group, the largest business unit of the leading international development partner and supplier to the automotive industry. In her Thermal Management division, she and her team are pioneers in thermal solutions for energy efficiency and interior comfort in terms of sustainable mobility.

Jumana Al-Sibai previously held several management positions at Robert Bosch GmbH, most recently as Executive VP Chassis Systems Control. After studying at the University of Karlsruhe (TH) - now KIT - and HEC Lausanne, the industrial engineering graduate began her professional career in strategy consulting.
