Jürgen WHITE

In his presentation, Mr. Weiß deals with the topic "The importance of remuneration policy for the success of a company".

After studying economics at the Friedrich Alexander University in Nuremberg, Mr. Weiß joined WEISS Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH & Co KG in 1994. In 1997, he became a partner in the family business and assumed responsibility as Managing Director in 2006. In recent years, Mr. Weiß has been active as Chairman of the Northwest Swabia region of the Bavarian Metal and Electrical Industry Association (VBM) and the Bavarian Metal and Electrical Industry Association (BayME). Mr. Weiß has been a member of the Board of BayME since 2006.
