Mr. Jürgen Otto, Chairman of the Board of Management of the Brose Group, Coburgspoke on the topic of "Mastering growth through quality and standardization".

The Brose Group with more than 100 years of company history, is one of the most important partners to the automotive industry. They supply more than 80 international automotive brands and 30 suppliers with mechatronic systems and electric motors. The business graduate, Mr. Ottostudied business administration at the University of Würzburg. He began his career at Brose in 1990 as a logistics planner. As plant manager, Jürgen Otto was responsible for the planning and management of the JIS factory in Meerane/Saxony from 1994 to 1999. From 1999 to 2001, Jürgen Otto was Managing Director of the Coburg production plant. From 2002 to 2005, Jürgen Otto was responsible for the seat adjuster business, which enjoyed above-average success due to its increased global focus and innovative performance. Under his leadership, the electric motor business was acquired from Continental/Siemens VDO in 2008, integrated into the Brose Group and restructured. Mr. Otto took over as CEO of the Brose Group on 1 January 2006.
