Heike Prinz has been a member of the Board of Management of Bayer AG since September 1, 2023. As Chief Talent Officer, she is responsible for Human Resources. Prinz is also Labor Director of Bayer AG.

Heike Prinz was born on September 24, 1964 in Kirchen (Sieg). She studied business administration at the Berlin School of Economics and Law, where she graduated with a degree in business administration (FH).

Prinz joined the former Schering AG in 1986, which was acquired by Bayer in 2006, and held various marketing and sales positions in the field of women's health. In 2009, she became Head of the Asia/Pacific Region for Women's Health at Bayer (South East Asia) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore and was promoted to Country Division Head for the Pharmaceuticals Division in Thailand and Cambodia in 2011. In 2013, Prinz became Chief of Staff for the Head of Pharmaceuticals at Bayer Pharma AG in Berlin.

In 2015, Prinz moved to Bayer Yakuhin Ltd. in Japan, where she initially took over as Head of Cardiovascular & Neurology and was appointed President & Representative Director in 2017.

Prinz returned to Berlin in October 2021 and has since headed Commercial Operations EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) for Bayer's Pharmaceuticals Division.

Heike Prinz is a German citizen and married.
