Heike Freund is the Chief Operating Officer of Marvel Fusion. She is responsible for building and scaling the company, optimizing processes and forging partnerships with leading industrial companies.
Previously, she was a partner at McKinsey & Company and a core member of the Operations Leadership Team, where she focused on projects in the automotive, machinery and high-tech industries. She has more than 10 years of experience in leading global industrialization projects.
Heike Freund holds an MBA from INSEAD, one of the world's leading business schools, with study visits to Singapore and France, and a diploma in industrial engineering from the University of Karlsruhe.
