Hanswilli Jenke is Chairman of the Management Board of Fixit TM Holding GmbH (FIXIT GRUPPE) in Freising near Munich. With over 2,000 employees, the FIXIT GROUP is one of Europe's leading producers of building materials with 62 locations in 19 countries. After studying business administration at the University of Cologne, Mr. Jenke began his professional career at KPMG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft and passed both the tax consultant and auditor exams. After nine years as an auditor, he switched to industry. He was Commercial Director of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG for five years and Managing Director of Süddeutscher Verlag for a further five years before taking over responsibility for the FIXIT GROUP as CEO in 2008. Mr. Jenke is an expert in corporate management, process optimization, reorganization and restructuring.
