Gerd Pult

Gerd Pult, Member of the Management Board of Proaktiv Management AG, Munich, shows in his presentation "What top managers appreciate about the Proaktiv® leadership simulator" that personnel development is a matter for the boss.

Gerd Pult began his professional career in 1981 in the management and control of major construction projects. Before he began his training as a trainer in Switzerland, Mr. Pult worked for 6 years on the construction of the "Franz-Joseph Strauß" airport in Munich.

After working as a management and sales trainer for several years, he set up his own business in 1991 and co-founded what is now Proaktiv Management AG, Munich, where he is still a member of the Management Board. Proaktiv now has more than 40 employees and conducts in-house management and sales training for market-leading companies in various sectors.

In 2001, Gerd Pult founded the Proaktiv Academy Cologne together with his fellow board member Robert Dorandt. The academy specializes in open training courses in the areas of management, sales and communication and conducts these at various training locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The academy is based on the training quality and the training concept of Proaktiv Management AG.

In his presentation, Gerd Pult will explain the structure and objectives of the Proactive Top Management Simulator. He will also emphasize the great importance of personnel development by management and explain how to implement entrepreneurial thinking in the corporate culture.
