Georg Metz

Mr. Georg Metz, CEO of the GGP / STIGA Group, spoke on the topic "Values and change - why adversity facilitates change".

The latest technologies, such as the wide range of battery-powered appliances, enable maximum comfort and efficiency when mowing the lawn.

Mr. Georg Metz studied in Mainz, majoring in human resources and marketing. He then joined Gardena Kress & Kastner in 1979, where he became Managing Director of Sales and Marketing. After 21 years, he moved to Alfred Kärcher GmbH & Co. KG. Here he was also responsible for Sales and Marketing as Managing Director. Since 2009, Mr. Georg Metz has been CEO/Managing Director of the Global Garden Products/Stiga Group.
