Finja Carolin Kütz

Finja Carolin Kütz studied mathematics and the basics of computer science in Oxford and Münster. She worked for Oliver Wyman for 21 years, the last years as Country Head Germany/Austria. She served UniCredit in Milan as Group Chief Transformation Officer and Deputy Group COO. Currently, Ms. Kütz is a member of the Supervisory Board, Senior Advisor and Venture Investor. In addition, Ms. Kütz is building up collective consulting services for medium-sized companies on the topics of sustainable and digital transformation.

Ms. Kütz is married and has three children. She lives in Munich.
