Dr. Wilhelm-Achim Hosenfeld

Dr. Hosenfeld has been working in the global automotive supply industry for 30 years. In the first two decades he worked for Johnson Controls as plant manager in Creutzwald (France) and New Castle, DE (USA), later as VP & GM Electronics Europe and VP & GM Interiors global for all European customers. In 2013, he moved to Cooper Standard, also a top 100 global automotive supplier, first as VP Sales & Program Management Europe and then as VP Operations Europe. After a further stay in the USA in 2019 - 2020, he is now Global VP Sales & Business Development.

Dr. Hosenfeld studied business administration at the University of Passau and completed his doctorate at the Technical University of Munich. He is also the winner of the German Science Award for Logistics. Dr. Hosenfeld has been a member of the Executive Committee of the German Rubber Industry Association (wdk) since 2014.
