biography

Victoria Ossadnikborn on July 15, 1968 in Frankfurt am Main, studied and completed her doctorate in physics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) in Munich.

She began her professional career as COO at SCANLAB GmbH and then worked at CSC Ploenzke AG, including two years as CEO of a joint venture. In 2003, she moved to the management of ORACLE Deutschland GmbH, where she headed up Technology Consulting for Northern Europe, among other things. From 2011 to 2015, she was a member of the management board of Microsoft Deutschland GmbH, after which she was responsible for the Enterprise Service Data and Artificial Intelligence organization of Microsoft Corp. worldwide until 2018.

Victoria Ossadnik joined the E.ON Group in 2018 as Chairwoman of the Management Board of E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH. Victoria Ossadnik has been a member of the Board of Management of E.ON SE since April 2021 and is responsible for the Group's digitalization and IT. She is also responsible for innovation, digital technology and internal consulting.
