biography
Dr. Petar Pelemis joined Rolls-Royce in 2012 and has since held a number of senior leadership positions. From 2014 to 2019, he led the Product Management function. He subsequently headed Corporate Strategy from 2019 to 2021.
Between 2021 and 2024, Dr. Pelemis served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), where he was responsible for all research and development activities of the Stationary Business Unit. In June 2024, he returned to his previous domain as Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy, M&A, and Product Management.
Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Dr. Pelemis spent six years at MAN Energy Solutions, where he ultimately held the position of Head of Product Strategy.
Dr. Pelemis holds a doctoral degree in engineering, an MBA with a focus on Corporate Strategy, and a Diploma in Industrial Engineering.
