Dr. Martin Stark

Dr. Martin Stark, Member of the Board of Management and General Partner of Freudenberg & Co. KGspoke in his presentation "Innovation management in diversified and decentrally organized companies" about ways and strategies for overcoming specific challenges in the international competition of a German industrial company.

Dr. Martin Stark is a member of the Management Board and personally liable partner of Freudenberg & Co. The Freudenberg & Co. group of companies is known as a supplier to various industries and is active in the automotive, mechanical engineering, construction, textile and telecommunications industries. The Group is headquartered in Weinheim. Freudenberg & Co. currently employs around 30,000 people in 52 countries. Dr. Martin Stark, who holds a doctorate in electrical engineering, has been a member of the Management Board of Freudenberg & Co. KG since May 2005 and was appointed personally liable partner on July 1, 2005.

In his contribution to the 18th Munich Management Colloquium, Dr. Martin Stark will discuss how innovation management can secure competitive advantages, particularly in diversified and decentrally organized companies.
