Dr. Markus Miele

Dr. Markus Miele, Managing Partner of Miele & Cie. KG, Güterslohspoke about the success of a continuously innovative company and the key importance of the "quality" factor for sustainable corporate growth in his presentation "Achieving global market success with foresight, a sense of proportion and premium quality".

Miele is the only premium brand for domestic appliances and commercial appliances for laundry care, dishwashing and disinfection available worldwide. Dr. Markus Miele took over the position of Managing Partner of Miele & Cie. KG in Gütersloh in 2002. This company was co-founded and built up by his great-grandfather. Prior to this, Dr. Miele, who holds a doctorate in industrial engineering, worked in the automotive supply industry at Hella. Dr. Miele is also Chairman of the Gütersloh District Business Association and Vice President of the East Westphalia Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Bielefeld.

In his contribution to the 18th Munich Management Colloquium, Dr. Miele will discuss the factors that have contributed to the sustained success and growth of Miele & Cie.
