Dr. Jürgen Heraeus

Dr. Jürgen Heraeus joined W. C. Heraeus GmbH in 1964 after completing his studies in business administration and obtaining his doctorate (Dr. oec. Publ.). After many years in senior commercial positions, he was appointed to the management of W. C. Heraeus GmbH in 1970. Dr. Jürgen Heraeus has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Heraeus Holding GmbH since January 2000.

In addition to his function as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Heraeus Holding GmbH, Dr. Jürgen Heraeus is also Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of GEA Group AG and Messer Group GmbH. Dr. Jürgen Heraeus is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of EPCOS AG, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG and Lafarge Roofing AG.
