Since 2024, Dr.-Ing. Philipp Engelhardt has been Head of Process and Data Management, Analytics, Generative AI, and Digital Transformation in Procurement at the BMW Group. He is responsible for the data- and AI-driven advancement of procurement processes and is a key driver of the digital transformation within the division. Previously, he led the Operational Artificial Intelligence department and shaped the use of AI in BMW production. Through his work, he connects technology, data, and organization to form a decisive engine of innovation for the BMW Group.
