Dr. Dierk Ernst

The Hannover Leasing Group is a provider of customized financing and investment concepts in Germany and abroad in the areas of real estate, movables, film productions, infrastructure measures and large-scale facilities. Since the launch of its first leasing fund in 1988, the Hannover Leasing Group has designed more than 140 closed-end funds with a total investment volume of EUR 8.5 billion. Over 21,000 investors have invested more than EUR 5 billion in subscription capital.

After studying law in Munich, Geneva and Hamburg, Dr. Dierk Ernst began his professional career at KG Allgemeine Leasing and became its Managing Director in 1979. Since 1995, Dr. Ernst has been a managing partner of Hannover Leasing GmbH & Co. KG and Managing Partner of Tercon Immobilien Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, both based in Munich.
