Dieter May

Mr. Dieter May is a senior executive and global leader with 28+ years in high tech industries, spanning semiconductor technology, large-scale cloud based digital consumer services, mobile products. He has a track record in founding, scaling, transforming and re-positioning of global businesses.

Dieter built and managed large multi-national organizations and held several senior management positions, among others, with Infineon as SVP Corporate Strategy and re-structuring a business division, with Nokia as SVP Emerging Markets Services, building a large scale digital business, driving BMW's digital transformation as the Senior Vice President of Digital Products and Services.

He currently serves as the CEO of Osram Opto Semiconductors, a global semiconductor company with 1.5B€m revenues and more than 11,000 employees worldwide.
