Alfred Gaffal

Alfred Gaffal, Chairman of the Management Board of Wolf GmbH in Mainburgspoke about the effects of new corporate strategies on the organizational structure of Wolf GmbH in his presentation "Modern innovation strategy as the basis for corporate success".

Alfred Gaffal joined Wolf in 1973 as Managing Director for Sales/Marketing. In 1994, he moved to Liebert-Hiross, a company of the Emerson Electric Group in St. Louis/USA, in Munich/Padua as Managing Director. In 2002, Mr. Gaffal returned to Wolf GmbH as Chairman of the Management Board. In addition, Alfred Gaffal is a member of the board of several companies: since 2004 he has been a member of the board of BayME / VBM, since 2005 a member of the board of BDH (Bundesindustrieverband Deutschland, Haus-, Energie- und Umwelttechnik e.V.) and since October 2006 he has also been a member of the board of Centrotec Sustainable AG in Brilon. Furthermore, Mr. Gaffal has held the honorary office of Ambassador of Lower Bavaria since 2003.
