Aldo Kamper

Aldo Kamperborn on June 4, 1970 in Leidschendam, Netherlands, is Chairman of the Board of Directors of LEONI AG.

After studying business administration at the Universities of Maastricht and Trier, he completed a Master of Business Administration at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Aldo Kamper began his professional career in 1994 at Osram in Regensburg, where he first worked as Controller, then as Director and finally, from 2001, as Vice President and General Manager for the LED division at the subsidiary OSRAM Opto Semiconductors. In 2006 he was appointed Executive Vice President of the Group's North American subsidiary, OSRAM Sylvania Inc. in Oregon, USA, where he was responsible for the strategic direction and further development. In 2010 he was appointed to the Managing Board of OSRAM Opto Semiconductors GmbH.

In 2018, Aldo Kamper joined LEONI AG, one of the leading global automotive suppliers for wiring systems and related services. As CEO, he is directly responsible for the management areas of Corporate Strategy, Corporate Communications & Investor Relations and Corporate Legal.

Aldo Kamper is married, has four children and counts mountain hiking, mountain biking and traveling among his leisure activities.
