Prof. Dr. Klemens Joos

Prof. Dr. Klemens Joos initially studied at the Faculty of Business Administration at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich from 1988 to 2021, then completed his doctorate and finally taught. With the organizational science approach of his doctoral thesis in 1998, he demonstrated the significance of the EU's new primary legal framework for business administration and the representation of companies' interests. Prof. Joos has been teaching at TUM since April 2021 and was appointed Honorary Professor of Business Administration - Political Stakeholder Management in 2022.

Prof. Joos is the founder and managing partner of EUXEA Holding GmbH, based in Munich. EUXEA Holding GmbH is a group of companies with over 100 permanent employees and currently 18 companies, which are particularly active in the areas of Real Estate (Real Estate Group), Governmental Relations (EUTOP Group), Perspective Change (OnePager Group), Services (EUXEA Administration GmbH) and Crafts (Joos Holzbau GmbH).
