Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Jürgen Rüttgers was Federal Minister of Education, Science, Research and Technology and Minister President of North Rhine-Westphalia. He now works as a partner in the law firm Beiten Burkhardt in Düsseldorf and as an honorary professor at the Institute for Political Science and Sociology at the University of Bonn.
