Patrick Tessmann, Member of the Board of Management of Landesbank Berlin AGspoke in his presentation "Quality of advice in private customer business - a success factor for greater customer satisfaction? New approaches using the example of Berliner Sparkasse" on ways and strategies for customer acquisition in a highly competitive market environment.

Patrick Tessmann has been a member of the Board of Management of Landesbank Berlin AG since April 2010 and is responsible for the Private Clients division. Mr. Tessmann studied psychology and economics at the University of Hamburg from 1982-1988, graduating with a degree in psychology. This was followed by various positions at Commerzbank AG, most recently as branch manager in Berlin. From 1993-2000, Mr. Tessmann held various management positions at Dresdner Bank AG, including Area Manager Private Clients in Berlin. Subsequently, Mr. Tessmann was spokesman for the management of Dresdner Bank AG's eastern region. From 2003-2006, he was responsible for all new federal states and Berlin with responsibility for Retail Banking, Private & Business Banking and Wealth Management. From 2006-2009, Mr. Tessman was also a member of the Private Wealth Management Executive Board of Commerzbank AG. In April 2010, he became a member of the Board of Management of Landesbank Berlin AG.

In his contribution to the 18th Munich Management Colloquium, Mr. Patrick Tessmann will talk about advisory quality in private customer business. Using the example of Berliner Sparkasse, he will illustrate how new customers can be acquired in a highly competitive market environment by optimizing customer advisory services.
